Programme
Unlock Your Career
For leaders 12–24 months into a bigger role. Ten weeks, one-on-one, worked on your real meetings — so you lead like the role needs without becoming someone you're not.

Overview
Evolve without losing who you are
You were promoted in the last year or two — or the scope grew around you. The habits that earned the role (deep expertise, reliability, saying yes) aren't the ones it rewards now. And the feedback stings: too tough, or too kind. Underneath, the message sounds like: become someone else.
You don't. You add to who you already are. Like any athlete: you keep your strengths, and you build the two or three the bigger role needs. Not a personality transplant — a wider range.
The payoff is concrete: you're heard in the rooms that matter, your team trusts your direction, and you stop replaying meetings at 11pm. It's uncomfortable at first — most worthwhile change is.
"You may think you're a pussycat. Others see a tiger — or the reverse."
What's Included
What you get
Ten weeks. Five sessions. One written strategy you keep. Here's exactly what's in it.
Five 75-minute coaching sessions
Every two weeks. We work on the meeting you have next, not hypotheticals.
Career positioning assessment
Where you stand, where you want to go, and what's actually in the way — named, on paper, in week one.
Leadership presence and personal brand workshop
Two hours, virtual: how you're perceived today vs. how the role needs you to be — and the specific language to close the gap.
Stakeholder mapping exercise
Your sponsors, allies, and decision-makers on one page — and what each one needs to hear from you.
Written career strategy document
Your positioning, your gaps, and your next three moves. Yours to keep and reuse.
Email support between sessions
A tough conversation coming up between sessions? Write to me.
How It Works
How the ten weeks run
Diagnose
Weeks 1–3
We assess your current career positioning with rigour. Where do others see you? Where do you want to be seen? What's the gap — and is it real or perceived?
Position
Weeks 4–7
We build your leadership narrative, sharpen your leadership presence, and map the relationships and moves that will get you noticed by the right people.
Move
Weeks 8–10
You execute. Whether it's a conversation with your manager, an application for a new role, or a strategic visibility play, you leave this programme with momentum and a plan.
Who It's For
Is this right for you?
You've just been promoted — or your scope has grown — and you want to feel as empowered as the role demands
You've been called too tough, or too kind, and wonder what needs tweaking — not replacing
You value servant leadership, but you've learned that empathy without authority leads to confusion — and exhaustion
You want to shift from being valued for execution to being valued for strategic thinking
You're targeting a director-level or VP-level role within the next 12–24 months
An Honest Filter
This is not for you if…
- You're looking for a quick fix. I don't have one to sell you — pretending otherwise would be false, and I won't do that to you.
- You want a coach who will simply validate the approach you already have.
- You're not ready to practise between sessions. The change happens in your real meetings, not in ours.

A True Story
A former boss once asked me: "How did you get him on your project? He's so busy!"
I just smiled and said: "You know how you always tell me I'm too kind? Turns out that holds up over time." We both laughed — because we both knew it was true.
You don't build great teams by being nice the day you need someone. You build trust. You earn respect. And then, you get to work with great people. Quiet influence compounds.
Influence is how you show up when you don't need anything.

Questions Leaders Ask
You might be wondering…
Can't I figure this out on my own?
You probably could — eventually. But problems don't shrink as you climb; they get more complex. What changes is you, and a fresh perspective almost always needs an external one. That's the whole job: a neutral partner who compresses a year of trial-and-error into ten weeks.
I don't have time right now — maybe next month.
"Next month will be better." That's the sentence that keeps most leaders exactly where they are. The programme is built for full agendas: one 75-minute session every two weeks, applied directly to the meetings you already have.
Will this turn me into someone I'm not?
No. You don't have to become someone new — you add to who you already are. Like any athlete: you keep your strengths, you build new ones.
Is it worth the investment?
If a promotion, a calmer team, or a plan that finally holds is worth it to you — yes. And you don't have to decide from this page: the first conversation is free, and you'll leave it with something useful either way. It's one-on-one, not a cohort, so we start whenever you do.
