The Growth Fuel Membership
Transformation doesn't happen in a single programme. The leaders who sustain their growth over years — not just quarters — are the ones who invest in ongoing reflection, accountability, and community.
The Growth Fuel Membership is designed for leaders who have completed a coaching engagement (with me or another qualified coach) and want to maintain their edge. It combines regular individual coaching with peer learning in a curated group of senior professionals.

Your membership includes ongoing coaching, peer learning, and community — designed to keep your growth on track.
One 60-minute individual coaching session per month
Regular one-on-one time with Laurence to stay focused and accountable.
Monthly peer learning circle
A 90-minute virtual session with 6–8 fellow senior leaders — structured, facilitated, and confidential.
Quarterly leadership theme workshops
Deep dives on topics like influence, resilience, strategic thinking, and career architecture.
Priority scheduling at a member rate
Book additional coaching sessions when you need them, with preferred access and pricing.
Private community forum
Asynchronous discussion, resource sharing, and peer support between sessions.

Onboard
Month 1
We establish your goals, integrate you into the peer circle, and set the rhythm for your ongoing coaching sessions.
Deepen
Months 2–3
You build relationships with fellow members, tackle live challenges in the peer circle, and go deeper in individual sessions.
Sustain
Month 4+
The membership becomes a natural part of how you lead — a space for reflection, accountability, and continued growth on your own terms.

The Growth Fuel Membership is CHF 450 per month with a minimum commitment of three months. After that, you can continue month to month or cancel anytime.
